2. How to write a perfect email:
Welcome to my content blog! In this blog, We will discuss about the strategies for lead
generation via cold-emailing
Writing a perfect email depends on the context
and purpose of the email, but here are some general tips to help you write
effective emails:
1. Use a clear subject line: Make sure the subject line accurately reflects the
content of the email and entices the recipient to open it.
2. Be concise: Keep the email short and to the point. Use bullet points or
numbered lists to organize information.
3. Use a professional tone: Use a formal and polite tone throughout the email,
avoid using slang or emoticons.
4. Use proper formatting: Use a clear and easy-to-read font, use headings and
paragraphs to break up the text, and use bullet points or numbered lists to
organize information.
5. Use a clear call-to-action: End the email with a clear call-to-action or next
step for the recipient.
6. Check for errors: Before sending the email, proofread it for spelling and
grammatical errors.
7. Use a professional signature: Include your name, title, and contact
information at the bottom of the email.
8. Be mindful of the recipient's time: Respect the recipient's time and avoid
sending unnecessary or irrelevant emails.
9. Use CC and BCC appropriately: Use the CC (carbon copy) and BCC (blind carbon
copy) fields appropriately to keep recipients informed and protect their
privacy.
10. Follow up: If you haven't received a response in a reasonable amount of
time, consider following up with a polite reminder email.
Bonus Tip✌️: Knowing well about the recipient's gives our email a clearer edge
over thousand emails in the recipient's folder. It's not always true that you
will have good knowledge about the recipient, so the second tip comes in handy,
to research well about the recipient's work or if it is a company then research
about it well before sending emails. Now, implementing this tip to the email is
customising your email template according to the recipient, so that it looks
authentic.
Remember that, effective communication is a two-way street, therefore, always
make sure to answer promptly to any incoming emails✌️. So, that is it for this
blog guys, I am wrting mails to Institutions like IIM and I am personally using
these tricks(wrote one to warikoo, & got free HTY, Not bragging:)
Until next time, cheers!!
See ya'
3. How I spent my year 2023?
2023 ending in a flash, feels like a byte-sized year. Let's hit rewind 🔄 2023 with me:
*Jan* (4th Sem): I made my first live hosted website. I started learning C++.
Started preparing for Microsoft Engage
(Later, MS didn't conduct it)
*Feb* : Launched my first startup, generated sales by reducing cost & improving
quality of product (more for another
post). Organized Central India's biggest Research Conference, SCEECS'23. Got a
chance to meet Sandeep Jain sir.
*Mar* : Organized BhopalFOSS, an open source fest, along with my team from
different colleges.
*April* : Organized Foundership Blockmeet, a blockchain monthly gathering, for
the first time in Bhopal
*May* : Learnt Python for a project. Started learning DEV again.
*June* : Appeared for Salesforce test, Amazon test. Got Rejected
*July* (5th Sem): Continued C++ & Dev. Appeared in Goldman Sachs test, got
rejected again
*Aug* : Recruited our next batch at IEEE MANIT Student Branch through screening
tests & interviews.
*Sep* : Gave my first competitive coding contest on Codeforces for the first
time. Div-2, managed to solve one.
*Oct* : Didn't miss any contests for the whole month on Codeforces. Aggressive
work for SAMWAD'23 started.
*Nov* : Organized SAMWAD'23, invited respected Sanjeev Somasundaram sir & Neha
Agrawal mam for a keynote. I walk on the
stage for the first time to host an event. Got an opportunity to work with Ansh
Mehra for his Gurgaon event (via cold
mailing, that too for another post)
*Dec* : Got the first chance to work on a live real product in a George Town
based financial institution. Gave the first
Div-4 Codeforces contest, managed to solve 5 questions for the first time. Thank

4. I completed one Lakhs of earnings. How?
don't get fascinated by the number (it's humble though), it is the cumulative earning
from multiple sources.
acknowledging my network here for the things I am doing
This is in exchange for the services I offer to
people, viz Software Development, Growth Management, Content Strategy
and much more.
Now, 48% of the revenue came from offering a Software Service(s) for developing
an Investment Platform for a Venture
Capital (network), 41.5% of the revenue came from offering Growth Management
service to an Ed-Tech startup (this much
due to the experience I had in the domain, this one too from network from a
startup I worked with earlier (acquired by
another)), another 10% came from an Ed-Tech startup for doing Content Strategy
(this was in 2022 from cold messaging)
and rest of the 1% came from monetising my writings on the internet. I will go
into the depths of them in the next
posts, do follow Harsh :p
It was never easy to attract these opportunities to me, but I have shown up
every single time to ask for them, and this
time things were in the right place at the right time. And I'm thankful to god
for being so.
Keep showing up every single day, that was it for this post. Happy to
collaborate, nevermind connecting, see you soon.
